This page summarizes how KIG OS handles the information you share with us. It is not a substitute for a signed data-processing agreement.
What we collect
Information you submit through problem intake and account forms (such as contact details and a description of your request), plus records generated as your work is planned, reviewed, and delivered.
How it is used
To review and respond to your request, deliver the agreed work, and maintain the audit records described on our Security page. We do not sell your information.
Access control
Your organization’s data is scoped to your account and the internal staff working on your request; it is not visible to other customers.
